Day 1
Breakfast
Fresh peaches and crunchy muesli, coffee and bread.

Lunch
Started – Green salad with artichokes and sweet and sour sauce
Main – Seafood  Risotto
Dessert – Lemon Pie

Dinner

Suggestion of wine: Young Red Wine – Bardolino

Started – Toasted bread with  colored olive paté
Main – Cream of pumpkin with hot pita bread
Dessert – Profiteroles

Day 2

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms and roasted hot

Lunch

Started – Caprese – (tomatoes, buffalo cheese and basil on olive oil)
Main – beef stroganoff served with  brown rice
Dessert – Cold slices of watermelon

Dinner

Suggestion of wine: Cold rosé wine

Started – Turkish salad (carrots, red peppers and raisins)
Main – Tuna fettuccine drowned in cream
Dessert – Fruit salad

Day 3

Breakfest
Hot Croissant with ham and cheese, accompanied by cappuccino

Lunch
Started – Caesar salad bacon
Main – Ribs of beef or pork seasoned with garlic and lemon in the oven served with boiled vegetables
Dessert – Caribbean mix – pineapples, bananas and kiwis

Dinner
Suggestion of wine : Child red wine (Valpolicella)

Started – Greek salad
Main – Spaghetti drowned in tomato sauce and basil
Dessert – Ice Cream with strawberries and red fruit coulis

Day 4
Breakfast
Grapes, fresh orange cake with chocolate topping and black coffee
Lunch
Started –Spanish sandwiches with tomatoes and anchovies
Main – Tuna crusted with sesame seeds and balsamic vinegar sauce with steamed vegetables
Dessert – Petit gateau with vanilla ice cream

Dinner
Suggestion of wine: Chardonnay white wine

Started – Greek salad (cucumber, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese, green  mint and yogurt sauce)
Main – Roast chicken with vegetables and mushroom sauce
Dessert – Romeo and Juliet Cream Cheese Pie

Day 5
Breakfast
Fruit salad with yogurt and honey
Lunch
Started Salad – broccoli and cauliflower with creamy mint
Main – Lasagna Bolognese
Dessert – Fresh Pineapple with mint sauce

Dinner
Suggestion of wine: cold Champagne
Started – Brazilian salad  (tomato, carrots, onion, lettuce, arugula, mango and sour sauce)
Main – Fish Filet grilled with capers, mashed potatoes and vegetables with olive oil
Dessert – Passion Fruit Cold Pie
Day 6
Breakfast
Mini sandwiches of bread with cheese, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
Pineapple juice
Lunch -
Started – Table of cold – Selection of cheeses and meats embedded
Main – Curry chicken with coconut rice
Dessert – Ginger Sorbet

Dinner

Suggestion of wine: Wine Pinot Grigio
Started – Small bread topping with cream cheese and tomato with basil
Main – Salmon with passion fruit sauce served with almonds rice
Dessert – Pineapple slices cooked in mint sauce (cold)

Day 7
Breakfast

Peaches Slices on lemon juice and apples whit brioches and coffee and milk

Lunch

Started – steamed vegetables in soy sauce with chunks of tofu
Main – Stakes of gravy to meet
Dessert –Cold sweet peaches and cream

Dinner
Suggestion of wine: cold white wine  (Sauvignon Blanc)

Started – Prosciutto with slices of melon
Main – Ravioli  pesto sauce
Dessert – Waffle with honey and vanilla ice cream
